Kerrytonlia Cottage is a secluded, detached, four bedroom property situated approximately 8 miles from the town of Rothesay. The property has ample off road parking and the nearest bus stop is a 15 minute walk.
Communal Areas
Soak up the coastal views before entering into the property’s sleek kitchen, where you can look forward to showing off your culinary skills as you make the most of the quality appliances, set in a contemporary assortment.
Here, you will find plenty of space to pack up a picnic for the next day’s adventure or a delicious evening meal, which can be enjoyed at the formal dining table, seating up to eight people, allowing everyone to gather to toast to a holiday in Scotland.
After dinner, retreat into the sitting room to get lost in a good book or spend your time in the second sitting room, where the seating arrangement is perfectly positioned for enjoying the picturesque views with a drink in hand.
Sleeping Arrangements
On the ground floor there are two king-size bedrooms, where one enjoys its own en-suite shower, with another double bedroom downstairs, whilst upstairs there is a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower, designed to offer a flexible arrangement to suit families with children, couples or groups of friends.
Bathrooms
The Cottage has one large family bathroom with separate walk in shower and bath and two ensuite bathrooms, one in the master bedroom and another in the twin room on the first floor.
Outside Space
The Cottage benefits from a small garden to the front which you can access easily from the kitchen to sit with your morning coffee and enjoy the views across the Bay. To the rear of the property is a large garden, perfect for enjoying a family games night. The Cottage also has outside seating for up to six people for you to make the most of the outside space.
